Maria Consuelo Cerón is a professor at the Nursing School of Universidad de los Andes, Chile, with 20 years of experience teaching undergraduate and graduate students. Her expertise lies in nursing workforce planning and development. Currently, she is pursuing a doctoral degree in nursing, with research focusing on the development and implementation of Advanced Practice Nursing (APN) roles in Latin America. She is part of the Research Sub-Group at the ICN NP/APN network as PhD student.
