Dr. habil. Dorota Kilańska, RN, MSc, PhD, Professor Dr. habil. Dorota Kilańska is a professor at the Medical University of Gdańsk and Łódź, founder of the Florence Foundation for Digitization in Healthcare, and an expert in nursing informatics, patient safety, and coordinated care. She has worked with WHO, ICN, EFN, and the World Bank, driving digital healthcare transformation and nursing education reform. As Director of the ICNP Accredited Research & Development Center, she leads projects on telemedicine, EHRs, and interoperability. She developed the ADPIECare Dorothea app and contributed to implementing nurse prescribing in Poland. Recognized with the Silver Leader of Health Care in Innovation award, she actively promotes digital health solutions for improved patient care and workforce efficiency worldwide.
