Emily is the Associate Director of the Leadership Academy at the Royal College of Nursing, Institute of Nursing Excellence. She has worked as a Director of Nursing and as a senior consultant in the Chief Nurse's office at the World Health Organisation. Her PhD looks at the leadership skills of ward managers in the NHS.
