Rhoda Redulla is a distinguished leader and the Director of Nursing Excellence and Magnet® at NewYork-Presbyterian. Dr. Redulla's expertise extends globally, having led organizations in the US, UK, and China in achieving Magnet®. She has disseminated her work through over 100 peer reviewed articles, books, and presentations. Dr. Redulla is the Project Director for The WRITE Project: Writing for Publication where she mentors nurses from idea conception to publication. Her book, Fast Facts for Making the Most of Your Career in Nursing, serves as a vital resource for nurses to optimize their career potential. Dr. Redulla is Associate Editor of Gastroenterology Nursing, and lecturer for Yale University's Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program.
