Paula Risikko is a Member of Parliament and the First Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of Finland. She has previously served as the Speaker of Parliament and the Second Deputy Speaker, and she has held four different ministerial portfolios in five different governments: Minister of Health and Social Services, Minister of Social Affairs and Health, Minister of Transport and Local Government and Minister of Interior. She is also the Chair of the Council of the Wellbeing Services County of South Ostrobothnia. By education she is a Doctor of Health Sciences, a health care teacher, and a specialized registered nurse.
