Marte is a registered nurse who have worked with nursing documentation since the mid 2000-s. Now she works in the Norwegian NRC, mostly with nursing terminology. Standardizing nursing language and nursing care plans in Norway for quality assurance and reducing unwanted variation in care. Giving the nurses tools for better documentation, sharing of data and accessing decision support trough standardized care plans in the EHR.
