Information for Presenters

We would like to thank all authors and presenters for their contribution to the ICCEC 2025. To ensure that the sessions run smoothly, please follow the instructions below.

1. Workshops

  • The workshops are interactive sessions in English, designed to encourage discussion and collaborative learning. The organizers are asked to favor a participatory approach and to limit the use of slides.
  • Please stick to the abstract and bear in mind your learning objectives.
  • Each workshop lasts for 90 minutes.
  • A computer and projector will be provided in each room. If you need any other material, please contact us.
  • The workshops are run by the authors alone, without an external moderator.

2. Paper sessions

  • Paper sessions last for 90 minutes and are usually composed of 5 presentations grouped under a thematic umbrella if possible.
  • Each oral presentation is in English, scheduled to last 12 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of discussion.
  • A moderator will ensure timekeeping, introduce the speakers, and collect questions and comments.
  • A central slide collection will be used: presentations must be uploaded to the central conference server at the latest by 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to the presentation. This is to guarantee the technical service, minimize loss of time, and allow presenters to check their presentation on the system. The room will be announced on the website www.iccec2025.org and signposted in the venue.
  • Files must be in PowerPoint (.pptx) or .pdf format, in 16:9 (width to height).
  • A computer and projector will be provided in each conference room. If you need any other material, please contact us.
  • To ensure that the sessions run smoothly, presenters should be in the room at least 10 minutes before the start of their session.

3. Posters

  • The poster size is A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches), in portrait format (vertical), written in English.
  • Posters must be printed and brought to the congress venue by the authors themselves.
  • Posters must be attached at least 30 minutes before the start of the program of the day and removed no later than 30 minutes after the end.
  • Equipment to attach the posters will be available on site.
  • Poster presenters are required to be present at their poster during the breaks of the day while the poster is on display.
  • Excellently reviewed posters have been selected for poster rounds (4 rounds per day covering 6 thematically linked posters each). An expert from the International Scientific Committee or the Advisory Board will moderate each poster round and move with a group of interested participants from poster to poster. As a presenter you will be asked to summarize your poster succinctly in 3 minutes, followed by 2 minutes of questions and answers. The poster round will thus take 30 minutes.
