Dr. Allara is an Health Economist. He is a lecturer at the Department of Economic and Policy Analysis, Faculty of Economics and Management, University of N’Djamena, Campus where he teaches on both the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. He is member of Association Internationale des Économistes de Langue Française and also African Health Economics and Policy Association. He is Research Associate at the Centre de Recherche en Microéconomie Appliquée (REMA), Cameroon. He was also a Technical Consultant under the Office of the Executive Secretary (OES) at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Dr. Allara has an experience in health econmics area as a researcher with many publications in SSA countries.
