Ludovic Deo Gracias Tapsoba is a health economics researcher with eight years' experience in health systems, public policies on total/partial exemption from fees and sexual and reproductive health, health financing and economic evaluation. He participates in consultation missions in the fields of health financing and health policy evaluation. He is a PHD student at Joseph KI Zerbo University, co-directed with the University of Montreal, and his work focuses on the provision of sexual and reproductive healthcare to adolescents, with a focus on the efficiency of primary healthcare facilities."
