Serge Oga
Professor of Health and Medicines Economics at the University Félix Houphouët-Boigny (Abidjan)
Serge Oga is a full Professor of Health and Medicines Economics at the University Félix Houphouët-Boigny (Abidjan). He obtained his pharmacy doctor (PharmD) degree in 1996 and his PhD in Epidemiology and Public Health in 2007. He is also graduated of Master of Sciences (MSc) in Methods and tools for decision making in Health and Pharmacoeconomics. He is the Head of Hospital Information System of the Institut de Cardiologue d’Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire). He has conducted a lot of research projects on determinants of health, healthcare use, health insurance and medicines accessibility in
partnership with national and international research teams. He is the WPEE staff lead of Plus Project Research in Côte d’Ivoire. He is deep committed in the training for Master in Public Health (MPH), Master in Logistics and health commodities Supply Chain. He is supervisor of PharmD, MSc and PhD students as well. He is also editor of Cahier de Santé Publique He is involved in scientific committee of national and international meetings in Côte d’Ivoire.
