With 23 years of experience in the health sector and Health insurance services, his work experience head of vaccination and hygiene department at health Center, Malaria and HIV/AIDS Program Coordinator at the district health office, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a hospital, Health Insurance Branch Manager, Director of Health Insurance Study and Risk Management, and currently Lead Executive Office of Health Insurance Fund, Risk, and Investment, a government body responsible for overseeing health insurance in Ethiopia. In this role, he leads efforts to improve the health insurance fund management, the financial sustainability and risk management strategies of the national health insurance system, ensuring broader access to quality healthcare services for all Ethiopians.
