Irene Jean Kagogwe
Public Health Specialist
Irene Jean is a public health specialist in Uganda and the co-founder of Qstats Health Consulting. With the indispensable skill-mix of community development and public health, she majorly facilitates conception, implementation and evaluation of public health programs that interlock with aspects of development including public administration, economics, culture and international relations. She is World Bank scholar with an MPH from the University of Leeds, UK, where she continues to collaborate on research projects focusing on strengthening health systems in sub-Saharan Africa. Her research interests span health policy evaluation, health economics, community health, social epidemiology, digital health innovations, and preventive healthcare.
