Dr. Patrick G. Ilboudo has over 17 years of experience in several sub-Saharan African countries. Dr Patrick has supported several health economics and financing research studies, using data and evidence to influence policy decision-making in maternal and child health, early childhood development, chronic diseases such as diabetes, immunization, nutrition, and sexual and reproductive health. He has held positions as a Health Economist at Centre MURAZ, Burkina Faso; Technical Expert in Health Economics at the Agence de Médécine Préventive, Côte d'Ivoire; Senior Health Economist at the Agence de Médécine Préventive, Burkina Faso; Associate Research Scientist at the African Population and Health Research Center, Kenya; and recently, a Senior Health Economist at the Africa Centres for Diseases Control and Prevention, Ethiopia. He is a member of the Collège Burkinabé des Economistes de la Santé and a former board member of the Institutional Research Ethics Committee for Centre MURAZ. Dr. Patrick has a PhD in health economics from the University of Oslo in Norway.
