With a Master of Health Care, she is a senior nursing lecturer at Laurea UAS and is currently pursuing a PhD in health care. Having migrated to Finland in the early 2000s, she graduated as a registered nurse and now shares her experiences as an immigrant with new students in clinical practice. Laurea UAS actively educates Kenyan students to become registered nurses. She will speak to the real experience of being a nurse migrant.
