Dr Grażyna Wójcik, RN, MA, PhD Grażyna Wójcik has been the President of the Polish Nursing Association for since 2013. During her career, she held a number of management positions in hospital care, as well as the honorable position of the Chief Nursing Officer in the Ministry of Health. During Poland's preparations for EU accession, she was responsible for the reform of the education system for nurses and midwives in Poland. She has been an academic for over two decades, involved in graduate and postgraduate education for nurses. Since 2004, dr Wójcik has been developing a network of medical facilities providing medical care for patients treated at home and in outpatient settings. It implements the latest organizational, competence and technological solutions in its medical centers. He is the author and co-author of a number of nurse education programs, legislative projects and systemic solutions in the Polish health care system.
